I am so honored to be a part of the team of outstanding providers at SOBT Therapy, LLC.
I am a graduate student in art therapy and counseling, stepping into my role supporting clients at SOBT Therapy. My training emphasizes an experiential and holistic approach that integrates clinical counseling skills, art making, and imaginal ways of knowing to move toward transformation and healing.
I come from a diverse background in the creative and healing arts, and have worked as a massage therapist, art educator, and virtual assistant, as well as supporting clients and community members in group facilitation and customer service roles. These experiences deepened my ability to hold space for others, support nervous system regulation, and cultivate meaningful connections. My graduate studies have expanded this foundation, giving me tools to integrate expressive arts, somatics, and relational frameworks into my work with clients.
I am passionate about creating a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing journey. My approach honors each individual’s unique story, identity, and cultural background, and I strive to meet clients with curiosity, presence, and deep respect for their lived experience. I am committed to social justice, ecological awareness, and affirming care for diverse identities, including LGBTQIA+ communities. As I continue my training, my goal is to help clients connect with their inner and outer resources, navigate life’s challenges, and discover new possibilities for growth and self-understanding.
Outside of school and practicum, I am nourished by creativity, time in nature, and activities that support a balance between rest and play. Whether through painting, writing, biking, watching movies, or spending time with my loved ones, I draw inspiration from practices that move me toward curiosity, resilience, and connection.
