It is a privilege to be part of a community dedicated to supporting the mental health and overall well-being of individuals and families. I find great meaning in helping others navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their strengths and sense of purpose.

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Metropolitan State University of Denver and am currently completing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University, with plans to obtain my Licensed Professional Counselor credential in the state of Colorado.

My clinical background includes working with individuals experiencing trauma, homelessness, substance use, and mental health concerns, as well as those navigating legal and social service systems. In my role with the Department of Human Services, I provide crisis intervention, behavioral health support, needs assessments, and referrals to community resources. This work has strengthened my commitment to social justice, equity, and trauma-informed care in every area of my counseling practice.

I believe in creating a warm, affirming, and culturally responsive therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to explore, heal, and grow. My approach integrates evidence-based models with a person-centered foundation, empowering clients to identify strengths, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop skills that foster resilience and well-being.

Outside of work, I value connection, balance, and self-care. I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two dogs, exploring Colorado’s mountain trails, practicing mindfulness, and contributing to my community through outreach and advocacy.
